Welcome to AAA Stakes LLC, a veteran-owned company specializing in high-quality wooden stakes, straw wattles, and silt fences. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place orders.

  • Permitted Use: This website is for browsing, learning about our products, and making purchases. You may not misuse it (e.g., hacking, scraping, or spamming).

  • Content: All text, images, and info on this site are owned by AAA Stakes LLC. You can’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.

2. Product Orders

  • Availability: Products are subject to availability. We’ll do our best to meet demand but can’t guarantee stock.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are extra unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders: Placing an order doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We’ll confirm via email or phone. We can refuse or cancel orders for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, supply issues).

  • Payment: Full payment is due at the time of order unless we agree otherwise. We accept cash and credit cards.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship to the continental U.S. Shipping costs and times vary by location and order size.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your order ships, you’re responsible for it. Check shipments for damage and report issues within 5 business days.

  • Delays: We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: We accept returns of defective or incorrect items within 10 days of delivery. Non-defective items may not be returnable—contact us first.

  • Process: Email AAA.Stakes@gmail.com with your order number and issue. Return shipping may be at your expense unless we messed up.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

5. Product Use and Warranty

  • Description: Our stakes (made from Douglas fir, SPF, and cedar), wattles, and fences are built for erosion control and landscaping. We describe them as accurately as possible.

  • Warranty: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase. Normal wear, misuse, or improper installation voids this.

  • Liability: We’re not responsible for damage or injury from using our products beyond their intended purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our name, logo, and product designs are ours. Don’t use them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, AAA Stakes LLC isn’t liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) from using our site or products. Our total liability won’t exceed what you paid us.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We can update these Terms anytime. Check this page for the latest version (see "Last Updated" date above).

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms follow the laws of Idaho, USA. Disputes will be handled in local courts.
